Breathe Into the Semester: A Gentle Yoga Workshop
Start off the semester with this beginner friendly yoga workshop hosted by Leslie Wester to help transition into the new year. Gentle calming movements, guided breathwork, and simple mindfulness practices to help create your self-care routine for the semester.
No registration or equipment necessary, just bring yourself and get ready for a balanced semester ahead.
